Adolescent Healing Program is a structured, trauma-informed support group for teenagers whose family has been disrupted by a parent’s infidelity or the separation/divorce that followed.

The program provides a safe, developmentally appropriate space for adolescents to process complex emotions such as anger, grief, confusion, loyalty conflicts, and trust injuries. Grounded in adolescent psychology and family systems theory, participants learn emotional regulation skills, healthy boundaries with parents, and how to separate their identity from adult choices.

The program is non-judgmental, does not assign blame to parents, and does not require sharing graphic details. The focus is on emotional safety, resilience, and healthy development during family transition.
